About Concrete Contractors Colorado Springs
Locally owned, on the Front Range since 2008. 1,200+ projects, 4 crews, 0.4% defect rate, and a phone we still answer ourselves.

How we started
We poured our first driveway in the spring of 2008 with a borrowed mixer, a friend who could finish a slab, and a flyer stapled to coffee-shop bulletin boards in Old Colorado City. Seventeen years later we run four crews, pour roughly 80,000 square feet of concrete a year, and have built a reputation by doing two things consistently, answering the phone fast and never cutting the mix.
The Colorado Springs concrete trade has plenty of contractors who'll quote cheap, pour fast, and never come back. We aren't them. We charge a fair price for the right spec, finish the job to a written scope, and stand behind the work, because the only way to last 17 years here is to do that, every time.
What we believe about concrete
- Base prep is more important than mix. 80% of the failures we see are bad base, not bad concrete. We overexcavate, compact properly, and use the right Class 6 base every time.
- Air entrainment is non-negotiable here. Colorado Springs averages 165 freeze-thaw cycles a year (190+ in Woodland Park). Without 5–7% entrained air, exterior concrete fails. Period.
- Owners walk every estimate. No salespeople, no closers. The person measuring your job is also the person responsible if anything goes wrong.
- Honest repair-vs-replace. Many slabs we get called to replace can be repaired for 30–50% of the cost. We tell you straight.
- No $30 trip fees. Every on-site estimate is free, written, and itemized, full stop.

How we run the business
Every project goes through the same four steps: on-site estimate by an owner; written quote, itemized; signed contract with start and finish dates; supervised pour by a 10+ year finisher. We don't subcontract finishing, the people we send to the job are our employees, on our payroll, with our workers' comp covering them.
We give you the phone number of the foreman on every job. When you call, you talk to him, not a call center, not a salesperson, not a voicemail. If something doesn't sit right at year three, you call the same number and we send the same crew lead to look at it. That continuity is the entire model.
