These terms govern your use of this website. Project-specific terms (warranty, scope, payment) are handled in the written contract signed for each project, not on this page.

Use of this website

This website provides information about our concrete contracting services and an online quote-request form. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract, it's an invitation for us to follow up.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes provided via this website or initial phone calls are preliminary. Binding pricing requires an on-site walk-through and a written, signed estimate. Quoted pricing is generally valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Service area

We serve El Paso County and Teller County, Colorado. We reserve the right to decline projects outside our practical service area or scheduling capacity. If we can't take your project, we'll tell you straight and refer where we can.

Warranty

Project warranty terms are stated in the signed contract for each project. Generally, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor and a manufacturer's warranty on materials. Concrete is a natural material, hairline shrinkage cracks, slight color variation, and minor surface texturing are normal and not defects. Warranty terms, exclusions, and remedies are spelled out in the contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost income, vehicle access loss during work, or delayed move-in dates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the District Court for El Paso County, Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes.
